An oil/gas-fired steam boiler refers to an industrial boiler that heats water to a certain temperature and produces high-temperature steam. The principle of a steam boiler is that water is heated in the barrel and turns into steam, and the fire emits heat in the furnace. According to fuel (electricity, oil, and gas), the steam boiler can be divided into three types: electric steam boiler, oil-fired steam boiler, and gas-fired steam boiler. The steam boiler can be divided into a vertical steam boiler and a horizontal steam boiler according to its structure. Most of the small and medium-sized steam boilers are of single and double return vertical structures, and most of the large oil-fired and gas-fired steam boilers are of three return horizontal structures.
The oil/gas-fired steam boiler is a horizontal quick-fit internal-combustion three-way fire tube boiler. It adopts the wet-back structure of offset furnace liner, and the high-temperature flue gas flushes the second and third return flue tubes in turn and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney from the rear flue chamber. The boiler is equipped with movable front and rear flue box covers, making it easy to overhaul the boiler. The boiler is equipped with a burner with good technical performance and adopts advanced technologies such as automatic proportional adjustment of combustion, automatic adjustment of water supply, program startup and shutdown, and automatic operation. It also has automatic protection functions such as high and low water level alarms, extremely low water levels, ultra-high steam pressure, and flameout. This type of boiler has the characteristics of compact structure, safety, and reliability, easy operation, rapid installation, less pollution, low noise, high efficiency, etc.

1. The overall structure is reasonable and compact, and it is a boiler island type, which meets the condition of quick installation. This product is composed of three parts when leaving the factor: The main engine, chimney, and pipeline system of the boiler, of which the main engine and chimney have been manufactured in the factory, and the pipeline valves and instruments supporting the main engine have been installed with the machine and can be transported to the site to assemble the main engine and chimney. Once the air source, power supply, and water pipeline are connected on-site, they can be commissioned. The installation period is greatly shortened, and the quality of the product can be guaranteed.
2. Advanced design performance. The main engine of the boiler is an integral structure, the burner is installed on the front smoke box cover, and the body is mainly arranged with the heating surface and combustion chamber. It has a reasonable and compact structure, low steel consumption, offset corrugated furnace liner, new light thermal insulation material for the insulation layer, color sheet for the outer packaging, and cuboid shape for the outer packaging, which makes the boiler performance, weight, structural size, and appearance have obvious progressiveness and beauty compared with domestic products of the same volume. The boiler water supply equipment is configured on the boiler base on the right side of the boiler so that it is integrated with the main engine and does not require a separate foundation.

Working process of oil/gas-fired steam boiler:
The fuel enters the burner from the external gas source and generates a high-temperature flame through the automatic adjustment and ignition function. The high-temperature flame enters the burn-out chamber from the front of the furnace liner, enters the convection heating surface at the upper side of the rear of the burn-out chamber, and enters the second convection heating surface through the upper part of the front smoke box, leaves the boiler from the rear of the rear smoke box, and discharges into the atmosphere through the chimney. If the soot is generated due to improper air regulation, it can be settled in the front and rear smoke boxes and the burn-out room respectively, open the inspection door to clean them all. The working medium is heated to produce saturated steam by the main steam valve, which is then exported to the operating system by the main steam valve.
