External Coil Reactor
1.Due to different production processes and operating conditions, the reactor can be divided into two series: The electricity heating reactor and the steam heating series reactor. The working principle of the electric heating reactor is to put the electric heater into the heat transfer oil in the jacket, using the heat transfer oil as the heat carrier to heat the material in the reactor.
The stainless steel reactor consists of the heliptical head, shell, jacket, agitator, shaft seal, motor, speed reducer and support, and the shaft seal mehods can be divided into the packing seal and mechanical seal.
The reactor is widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dye, medicine, food and scientific research sectors, to complete the curing, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation process, as well as organic dyes and intermediates, and many other processes.
1) According to user's different requirements, there are mang mixing methods: Anchor Type, Frame Type, Helix Ribbon Type, Biaxial or Triaxial, Dispersing plate, emusion type, paddle type, Turbine type agitators to choose.
2) There are five kinds of heating way, including the jacket heating, coil heating, electric heating, steam heating, and the heat transfer oil heating.
3) The user can choose the explosion-proof motor, the mechanical seal, positive pressure or negative pressure inside the reactor.
4) With many years' experience of design and production, our technical staff can design reactors according to the users' special requests.
