Electricity Heating Glass Lined Reactor
The enamel with high silicon dioxide is lined on the inner surface of the steel container and is made at high temperature ,which will evenly adhere to the surface to form the smooth,clean and corrosion-resistant lining layer.As a result,the glass-lined reaction still has the dual advantages of both glass's stability and the matal's strength, then the steel tank ensures the pressure capacity and the tank's glass lining provides a reliable corrosion resistance.
In many chemical reaction conditions, the enamel reactor can not only replace the expensive stainless steel containers, but also can be widely used in corrosive conditions, which greatly expands the scope of application.The equipment is a good corrosion-resistant chemical equipment.

3)Maximum Working Pressure:
When the glass lined reactor uses electricity rods to supply heat:
(1)Stuffing Seal:<0.4MPa inside the reactor,common pressure inside the jacket (the expansion device should be openned all the time.)
(2)Mechanical Seal:< 0.2MPa inside the reactor,common pressure inside the jacket (the expansion device should be openned all the time.)
When the glass lined reactor uses steam to supply heat:
(1)Stuffing Seal:<0.4MPa inside the reactor,<0.42MPa inside the jacket ;
(2)Mechanical Seal:< 0.2MPa inside the reactor,<0.42 MPa inside the jacket ;
4)Highest Working Temperature:0~200 degree centrigrade.
(1)Electricity Heating Reactor:Motor with Speed reducer,Agitator,Thermowell,stuffing seal or mechanical seal,Electricity Heating Rods,Discharging Valve,Ball Valve,Expansion Device (Optional),Control Cabinet(Optional).
(2) Steam Heating Reactor:Motor with Speed reducer,Agitator,Thermowell,stuffing seal or mechanical seal,Discharging Valve, Expansion Device (Optional),Control Cabinet(Optional).
1. Temperature should be slowly changed during cooling or heating to avoid damaging glass layer.
2. Glass lined reactor with motor can not be used in hydrofluoric acid, medium containing fluorine, phosphoricacid, and alkali concentration greater -than 30% and temperature greater-than or equal 180 Degree Cent.
