The grease soap making reactor/kettle is used to produce metal soap.It is the first step of making grease.It can be made of stainless steel or carbon steel,for the white grease,it is best to use stainless steel reactor.The working pressure inside the reactor is 0.6Mpa,and it uses a thermal oil to supply heat.Usually,there are one-stage heating type and two-stage heating type. For big capacity reactor,two-stage heating is better.
The structure of the reactor is vertical type with elliptical seal head and elliptical seal bottom.There is jacket or limpet coil around the reactor shell.
The most important structure of the grease making reactor/kettle is the agitator.Now in China,most grease reactors use Planetary Ribbon Type agitator with Scrapers.Of course,except the above agitator,some engineer designs a third agitator at the bottom to avoid mixing blind area.
The usually capacity of soap making reactor is 1600L/2500L/4000L.
