1. Working principles of the Bag Type Filter:
A bag Filter is one kind of pressure-type filter. The liquid is injected into the filtration bag by a pump. The bag is installed inside the strengthening net or protection net.
1) The bag filter is easy to operate. When you want to use the machine, choose the demand fineness filtration bag and install it into the filtration chamber, then check whether the O-type seal rings are intact, and at last tighten the circular type bolts.
2) Start the pump, then the pressure gauge on the filtration cover will slightly rise. At first, the pressure is about 0.05Mpa, and it will rise up due to the residues gradually increasing in the filtration chamber. When the pressure rises up to 0.4Mpa, the user should stop the machine and open the cover, to check the residues. You can choose to replace the filtration bag to continue working. The filtration bag can be reused after cleaning.
3) You can adjust the ball valve on the return line to control the pressure around 0.1~0.3Mpa. The too-high pressure will damage the filtration bag and the protection net.
2. Applications of the bag filter:
Paint, beer, vegetable oil, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, petroleum products, textile chemicals, photographic chemicals, plating liquid, milk, mineral water, hot solvents, latex, industrial water, sugar water, resins, inks, industrial wastewater, fruit juice, edible oil, and wax type, etc.
