Glass-lined reactor is also called enamel reactor, enamel reaction tank. We design and manufacture open-type and closed-type glass-lined reactors. Open type means the cover can be separated from the body and closed type means the cover and body come in a one-piece design and can not be separated. These chemical reactors are engineered from different steel structures with a layer of vitreous enamel containing high density silicon dioxide. The vitreous enamel is coated on the internal face of the steel vessel and then firmly adhered to it through high temperature sintering.Therefore, it has the dual advantages of glass stability and metal strength, and has reliable performance such as corrosion resistance, impact resistance, smoothness and beauty, insulation, heat resistance, wear resistance, etc. It is an excellent corrosion resistant chemical equipment. It is characterized by low cost and good acid resistance. To a certain extent, it can replace stainless steel and other alloy steel kettle products.

Glass-lined reactors are mainly used in chemical reaction processes such as hydrolysis, neutralization, distillation, storage, synthesis, polymerization, polycondensation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation, nitrogen fixation, extraction, polymerization, hydrogenation, nitrification, halogenation, sulfonation, amination, acylation, cyanidation, etc. It is widely used in chemical, food, coating, hot melt adhesive, silica gel, paint, pharmaceutical and chemical production.Its manufacturing process is to polish the surface of the fabricated steel tank first, then put it into a high-temperature furnace for quenching to eliminate the manufacturing stress, and finally form a uniform rough surface on the internal surface of the tank through high-pressure sandblasting. After that, the glass-lined glaze powder containing high silicon dioxide is evenly sprayed on the inner wall of the steel tank body, and it is firmly adhered to the metal surface through a reasonable high-temperature burning process to become a composite product (the primer is sprayed first and then sintered, and then the sintered top glaze is sprayed according to the actual situation of the finished product. Generally, the lower glaze should not be sintered too many times).
Glass-lined reactors consist of the main body, the top section with connecting nozzles & manhole, baffles, dip pipes, an agitator with a mechanical seal, a tank outlet valve, and a jacket for thermal transfer. Smaller components such as bursting discs and sight glasses are also used frequently for pressure relief and visibility.
The material and opening can be formulated according to the user's process requirements.
Heating forms include electric heating, water heating, steam heating.
The jacket form is divided into jacket type and outer half-pipe type, and the jacket heat transfer oil heating type is equipped with a flow guide device.
The cooling method includes the cooling water through the jacket or the cooling water through the inner and outer coils of the kettle.
The mixing forms generally include paddle type, anchor type, frame type, screw type, scraper type, combined type, etc.
The high-speed type includes dispersed impeller type, turbine type, high-shear type, and propeller type for customers to choose the process.
The transmission forms include ordinary motors, explosion-proof motors, electromagnetic speed-adjustable motors, frequency conversion motors, etc., and the reducers include cycloidal pinwheel type, helical gear type, and planetary infinitely variable speed type.
Shaft seals include packing seals, magnetic seals, mechanical seals, and magnetic fluid seals.
The discharge forms include ball valve, downward expansion valve, butterfly valve, etc.
NOTES:
1)The glass-lined reactor can only be used to blend liquid materials, and can not blend hard or powder materials.
2)Must not weld on the carbon steel layer to damage the glass liner.
3)The glass-lined reactor should be installed in the room, if placed outdoors, each nozzle should be sealed by bands to prevent rainwater into the reactor, especially in winter.
4)During installation, please lift the rings of the reactor but not the clamp bolts or enamel layer.

2. Sealing type: packing seal (< 0.2MPa), mechanical seal (< 0.4MPa, single end face)
3. Acid resistance: It has good corrosion resistance to various organic acids, inorganic acids and organic solvents.
4. Alkali resistance: the corrosion resistance of glass lining to alkaline solution is worse than that of acid solution.
5. Operating temperature: heating and cooling of glass-lined equipment shall be carried out slowly. The service temperature of glass-lined equipment manufactured by our factory is 0-200 ºC, and its resistance to sudden changes in temperature is greater than or equal to 200°C.
6. Porcelain layer thickness: the thickness of the porcelain layer for glass equipment is 0.8-2.0mm, and the thickness of the porcelain layer for glass-lined equipment accessories is 0.6-1.8mm.
7. Piezoelectric resistance: Glass-lined glass has good insulation. When the glass-lined glass is inspected by 20KV high-frequency electric spark within the specified thickness of the porcelain layer, the high-frequency electric spark cannot break down the porcelain layer.
8. Impact resistance: When the glass layer of our factory is impacted by a steel ball with a diameter of 30mm and a weight of 112g within the specified thickness, its impact energy is 282 × 10-3J.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in plywood cases. If your goods have one container, the goods can be packed without plywood, just be wrapped with the film to load.

A: T/T 40% as deposit, and 60% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

A: FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

A: Generally, it will take about 30 days after receiving your advance payment for the customized machine. The delivery time depends on the items and your order quantity.
