How is sulfur dioxide produced?
The sulfur sheet is manually added to the screw feeder hopper, the loading machine sends the sulfur to the feeding tube, and the sulfur sheet is blown into the furnace of the sulfur-burning furnace through the blower.
The sulfur flakes form a high-temperature gas of sulfur dioxide after the water-cooled grate is completely melted and burned. The sulfur dioxide gas enters the steam generator after being cooled by the furnace and the convection heat exchange tube.
After the heat exchange of the steam generator, the convection tube enters the economizer, and after the heat exchange of the economizer convection tube, the gas temperature will reach about 100 ° C, and finally enter the absorption tower.
