Part One: How to make the lubricating grease?
Take the Lithium Grease for an example, it uses Lithium soap as the thickener. Thickener is one kind of compound to thicken lubricant oil to be viscous paste. How can we make Lithium Grease?

Firstly, lithium hydroxide and fatty acid make saponification reaction to get lithium soap. Due to temperature rising, the lithium soap becomes soap liquid. Then add cooling oil (base oil) into the soap liquid to cool it.
Part Two: Optional equipment: Saponification reactor and blending reactor
Standard:
1)According to the production capacity of the saponification reactor, determine the quantity of the blending reactor.
