A resin production line is a kind of equipment especially for the production of various resins. It mainly consists of the reactor, heating device, mixer, condenser, fractionation recycling device, and dilution kettle. The composition of a production line for different resins may be not the same. While running, raw materials are heated and fully mixed in the reactor for a chemical reaction. During the reaction, some fluid will evaporate, and then be collected by the condenser and fractionation recycling device for reuse. When the chemical reaction is complete, the processed fluid then be transported to the dilution kettle for cooling. Meanwhile, some other raw materials are added as needed. Finally, the production is complete.The reactor is the core equipment of a resin production line. A usual reaction kettle has a volume of 0.5-10 cubic meters. The body of the reactor is a cylindrical body with jackets for heating or cooling, an oval bottom, and several orifices on the top cover. Normally, the reactor connects with air pressure for raw material feeding. And, the negative pressure does not exceed 0.1 Mpa.
In general, the pressure of steam or cooling water in reactor jackets shall not exceed 0.3 Mpa. A mixer locates in the center of the reactor. It has the shape of an anchor, paddle, or frame. Most of them adopt the anchor structure. This structure can evenly mix the upper and lower layers and the surface layer of the material. Driven by a motor with a gearbox, the speed of the mixer is usually within 40-100 r/min.

2. Good heat resistance, wide working temperature range (-196~600°C). It will not oxidize and peel at higher temperatures, so it can be used for direct fire heating.
3. It has good corrosion resistance and no rust; the heat transfer effect is better than that of the enamel reactor, and the heating and cooling speed is faster.
4. It has good processing performance, and can be made into reaction kettles of various shapes and structures according to process requirements. The wall of the kettle can be polished so that it does not hang material and is easy to clean.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in plywood cases. If your goods have one container, the goods can be packed without plywood, just be wrapped with the film to load.
