How to make offset printing ink?
1. Making Binder:
Put resin and solvent into the reactor then heat the reactor.
2. Dispersing raw materials:
Put binder, pigments and additives into the container, then the high-speed dissolver will disperse them.
3. Grinding:
Use a horizontal bead mill or a three roller mill to grind the materials from step 2.
4. Inspecting:
Inspection the offset ink quality, if qualified, pack it.
