High-speed Disperser is a highly efficient equipment for mixing and dispersing liquids and solids, which is widely used in paints, inks, pigments, adhesives and other chemical products.
It is composed of five parts: hydraulic system, main drive, mixing system, guiding mechanism and electric control box.

Working Principle
Through the high-speed rotation dispersing disc, the materials will become in annular form flow, resulting in strong vortex flow, which descend down to the bottom of the vortex in spiral state. During the process, materials are dispersed, dissolved, mixed and emulsified efficiently due to the strong shearing crash and friction among the particles.
The hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic cylinder to go up and down, which drives the whole transmission and working set up and down.

1. The strong centrifugal force throws the material from the radial direction into the narrow and precise gap between the stator and rotor, and at the same time, the material is initially dispersed by the combined forces of centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and liquid force impact.
2. The lower part of the dispersion disc of the high-speed disperser is in a laminar flow state, and the slurry layers at different flow velocities diffuse each other, playing a role in dispersion. The high-speed dispenser has 360 degree rotation, stepless speed regulation, hydraulic lifting and other functions. Two to four containers can be configured at the same time. The hydraulic lifting stroke of 1000 mm and 360-degree rotation function can better meet the requirements of multiple use of one machine. It can change from one cylinder to another in a very short time, greatly improving the working efficiency and reducing the labor intensity.
3. The material of the disperser is continuously ejected from the radial direction at high speed, changing the flow direction under the resistance of the material itself and the container wall. At the same time, under the action of the upper and lower axial suction forces generated in the rotor area, two strong turbulent flows are formed. After several cycles, the material finally completes the dispersion process.
