Product Description
Bromine is a dark red poisonous liquid and has a very strong unpleasant smell. It is mainly found in the form of salts in sea water.
Sulfur-fired burner for bromine industry
This kind of sulfer-fired boiler is our patented new product.
It is used to make sulfur dioxide and save thermal energy to transform to steam and hot water.
It is widely used in brine making bromine industry.
The sulfur burning sulfur dioxide generating device comprises: a sulfur feeding machine, a blower, a sulfur burning sulfur dioxide generator, an economizer, a fully automatic softening water treatment device, a softening water tank,
Water pump, circulating water pump, PLC intelligent control cabinet, automatic instrument control valve, etc.
How is sulfur dioxide produced?
The sulfur sheet is manually added to the screw feeder hopper, and the loading machine sends the sulfur to the feeding tube, and the sulfur sheet is blown into the furnace of the sulfur burning furnace through the blower.
The sulfur flakes form a high-temperature gas of sulfur dioxide after the water-cooled grate is completely melted and burned. The sulfur dioxide gas enters the steam generator after being cooled by the furnace and the convection heat exchange tube.
After the heat exchange of the steam generator convection tube enters the economizer, and after the heat exchange of the economizer convection tube, the gas temperature will reach about 100 ° C, and finally enter the absorption tower.
