The Hydraulic Discharging Machine is matched with the Planetary Mixer, Dual Planetary Power Mixer and strong Dispersion Mixer produced by our factory, and the hydraulic filling equipment is used to fill materials with certain fluidity, so as to realize the extrusion, manual filling and transportation of high viscosity materials. It is especially suitable for pressing and filling viscous materials. It can be designed as upper discharge, lower discharge and other discharge forms according to needs, with simple structure and convenient operation.
Working Principle
1. Move the mixing drum with material to the front of the hydraulic discharging machine and push it into position along the track on the lifting plate.
2. Press the lifting button of the equipment to make the V-shaped pivot point at the bottom of the mixing drum coincide with the V-shaped pivot point on the U-frame completely.
3. Press the lock button of the hydraulic discharger to make the two small cylinders position the mixing drum up and down to prevent the drum from rising when the pressure plate rises.
4. The locking of the hydraulic discharging machine and the up and down of the pressure plate should be done after the oil pump is started.
5. The machine has upper and lower discharge ports, which can be decided according to the actual situation. The height of the outlet is controlled by the upper and lower buttons of the hydraulic discharging machine. The vent on the pressure plate is used to drain the air above the material when the pressure plate is pressed down.
6. The total pressure and discharging speed of the machine during pressing are determined by the system pressure (but the system pressure cannot exceed the rated value). The hydraulic oil should be replaced regularly according to the use of the equipment.
According to the quantity of High Speed Agitator and Slow Speed Agitator, the Planetary Series Mixer includes the following five kinds of Mixer:
1. Dual Planetary Mixer (SXHJ): 5L-500L, with two pieces of Slow Speed Agitators;
2. Planetary Power Mixer (XDHJ): 5L-1000L, with 1 Slow Speed Agitator and 1 High Speed Agitator;
3. Dual Planetary Power Mixer (SXDHJ): 5L-1000L, with 2 S Slow Speed Agitators and 1 High Speed Agitator;
4. Dual Planetary Dual Power Mixer (SXSDHJ): 100L-1000L, with 2 S Slow Speed Agitators and 2 S High Speed Agitators;
5. Multiple Function Mixer (Customized Type): Dispersing Plate/Emulsifying Head/Three Stars Agitator /Wall Scrapers/Butterfly Agitator /Twist Frame/Rectangular, etc.

2). Mechanical seal, O ring seal or trapezoid seal for option material reaction can happen under vacuum conditions.
3). High and low speed impellers rotate rapidly and exert strong impact force to mix materials thoroughly in a very short time, no deposit and residuals.
4). With a jacket or coil pipe for heating/cooling, the medium can be water, electricity, steam or oil.
5). Agitators are raised and lowered in/out of the mixing vessel by a hydraulic lift.
6). Configured with PLC automatic control system with human-computer interface for option.
